Private Sessions with Claire

There are many reasons why students might want to experience one on one yoga and meditations session. They range from personal emotional blockages to physical difficulties requiring them to need a more private environment. Or simply some students just wanting more personalized advice or support to up-level their own practice.
Whatever it is, it is welcomed! 
The session can be pre-planned or intuitive depending on the student's needs and can involve yoga, meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy, energy work, smoke cleansing, herbal medicine, and/or gentle massage.
