Over 90minutes Sarah takes you on an energetic and sound journey, facilitating a journey of reconnection to yourself and life itself. 

 

Melting away life’s stressors outside of this devoted two hours, for you to be immersed in a shower of sound that restores you to a calm nervous system, clarity of mind and stillness to digest life and reset, ready to begin again from a place of peace, freedom, love and joy as your navigation system and truth as your beacon.

Theory and more importantly, practical techniques you can use on yourself and others over and over.

  • Gentle Vinyasa Flow with Margot: Begin the evening with a gentle Vinyasa session led by Margot, a dedicated Naturopath, Yoga Teacher, and Wholefood Home Chef. Margot's holistic approach fosters a deep connection with your breath and body, setting a serene tone for the retreat.

  • Sound Healing Session by Ally: Immerse yourself in soothing sounds crafted by Ally, an intuitive sound healer, singer, and meditation facilitator. Utilising crystal and Tibetan bowls, flutes, and her voice, Ally's sessions promote deep relaxation and inner harmony.

  • Yin Yoga & Acupuncture with Margot and Adam: Delve into restorative Yin poses complemented by acupuncture. Adam, a Reiki master and passionate Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture will support your whole system, with the ancient art and holistic science of Acupuncture.

  • Wholesome Grazing Table: Savor a gluten-free, plant-based grazing table, thoughtfully prepared to nourish and delight your palate.

  • Replenish Bag: Receive a commemorative goodie bag filled with items to support your wellness journey beyond the retreat.

Winter Solstice Sound Bath and Restorative Yoga

In the longest night of the year, let us nurture the light within. 

 

Finding the ease and stillness inside us with the practice of restorative yoga and nourishing the soul with a gentle sound bath.

 

We will be starting the session with gentle breathwork and restorative yoga which is floor based, suitable for all levels.

During the sound journey, gentle vibrations and harmonious sounds of the singing bowls shift the brain waves into a state of deep relaxation. The sound becomes a bridge to the innerspace, the space of calm and safety. From this space of clam and safety, we allow the body and mind to go into a state of deep rest and rejuvenation.

The sound frequencies experienced in sound healing slow down brainwaves to a restorative state, which activates the body's intelligent self-healing system.

We will move slowly between many different sound healing instruments and pockets of silence for added introspection.
